Shell Rotella T6 5W-40 is a full synthetic diesel engine oil that features the exclusive Triple Protection Plus technology. Formulated with fully synthetic base oils and advanced additives, it offers superior protection against wear, deposits, and oil breakdown. This oil also provides enhanced fuel economy performance of 1.5% compared to 15W-40 oils, along with better low-temperature flow.

The oil is suitable for a wide range of diesel-powered vehicles, from Class 8 tractor/trailers to heavy-duty diesel pickups, delivery vehicles, utility trucks, school buses, and even motorcycles. It provides a significantly increased level of protection against harmful engine wear compared to previous generation API CJ-4 engine oils. The advanced multi-functional dispersant additives offer enhanced protection against the effects of soot, dirt, and other contaminants.

Shell Rotella T6 5W-40 is formulated to resist breakdown by heat, ensuring continuous protection throughout the service interval.
